Celebration of Second Vespers of the Solemnity of the Conversion of Saint Paul the Apostle at the end of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

On Thursday 25 January at 17.30 in the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside-the-Walls, the Holy Father Francis will preside at the celebration of Second Vespers of the Solemnity of the Conversion of Saint Paul the Apostle, at the end of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity on the theme, “Powerful is Your hand, Lord” (cf. Ex 15: 6).

Representatives of the other Churches and ecclesial Communities present in Rome will also take part in the celebration. In particular, the clergy and faithful of the diocese of Rome are invited.

The Office of Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff has announced that on Sunday, 21 January, at 11.00, His Eminence Cardinal Juan José Omella Omella, archbishop of Barcelona, will take possession of the Title of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, Piazza di Santa Croce in Gersualemme, 12.
