The Holy See and the French Republic, with respective Verbal Notes of 22 August 2016 and 23 November 2016, have given notification of the completion of the relative procedures requested for the entry into force of the Avenant to the diplomatic Conventions of 14 May and 8 September 1828, and the Avenants of 4 May 1974, 21 January and 22 July 2005, regarding the church and convent of Trinità dei Monti, signed on 25 July 2016.

Therefore, the Avenant entered into force on 23 November 2016, in accordance with Article 4 of the same Accord.
