- Archbishop Léon Kalenga Badikebele, apostolic nuncio in El Salvador and Belize, and Holy See Extra-Regional Observer at the Central American Integration System;

- Bishop Guglielmo Borghetti, coadjutor of Albenga-Imperia, Italy.
