LITURGICAL CELEBRATION AND CANONIZATION
PRESIDED OVER BY THE HOLY FATHER FRANCIS

PAPAL CHAPEL

On 11 February 2024, Sixth Sunday of Ordinary Time, at 9.30, in Saint Peter’s Basilica, the Holy Father Francis will preside over the Eucharistic Celebration and Rite of Canonization of Blessed María Antonia of Saint Joseph de Paz y Figueroa.

The following may concelebrate with the Holy Father:

- the Patriarchs and Cardinals, who are requested to be present by 9.00 in the Chapel of Saint Sebastian, bringing with them their white damask mitre;

- the Archbishops and Bishops, with the appropriate ticket issued by the Office of Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff, following the procedure indicated at https://biglietti.liturgiepontificie.va, who are requested to be present by 8.45 in the Chapel of Saint Sebastian, bringing with them their amice, surplice, cincture and white mitre;

- the Presbyters, provided with a special ticket, issued by the Office for the Liturgical Celebrations of the Supreme Pontiff, following the procedure indicated at: https://biglietti.liturgiepontificie.va. They are requested to be present by 8.30 at the Braccio di Costantino, bringing with them their amice, surplice, cincture and white stole.

All those who, in accordance with the Motu Proprio “Pontificalis Domus” compose the Papal Chapel, and provided with the Notification received via email from celebrazioni@celebra.va, wish to participate in the liturgical celebration without concelebrating, wearing their choral habit, are requested to be present, by 9.30, at the Altar of the Confessio to occupy the place which will be indicated to them by the Pontifical Masters of Ceremonies.
