How to register
To register for the Jubilee it is necessary to send the participation fee and complete the enclosed Registration Form. The deadline for Registration is April, 15. Registrations that arrive after this date shall require confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
Registration entitles one to participation, to certain materials (bag, stole etc.), to the documentation of the congress, the services of simultaneous translation during the meeting and the Pilgrimage Card.
Accommodation and Transportation
At the request of the participants, presented on the Registration form, the Organizing Committee will arrange accommodation and private transportation from the assigned residences to the locations of the scheduled events. According to the date of arrival of the Registrations and depending upon availability, the participants will be accommodated in Religious Institutes or in three star hotels in Rome and the surrounding area (i.e. in the "Castelli Romani").
It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that his trip is properly organized.
Documents
The participants should have a Passport or some other type of documentation valid for travel. The organization is not responsible for the refusal of entry by border control authorities because of lack of proper documentation or because of any irregularity in travel documents.
Cassock/ Habit and Vestments
Cardinals, Bishops and the Priests should wear the appropriate cassock or religious habit. For the liturgical celebrations they should bring with them their own amice, alb and cincture. Each participant will be provided with a "Pilgrim Bag" containing a stole for the liturgical celebrations. These are not available at the places of liturgical celebrations. Cardinals and bishops should bring with them the simple white mitre (precious mitre only for those who will preside at different functions).
