The Bilateral Permanent Working Commission between the Holy See and the State of Israel met on 7 January 2010 to continue its work on an Agreement pursuant to article 10 §2 of the 1993 Fundamental Agreement between the two Parties.
The talks proved useful and were held in un atmosphere of cordiality. Some important topics for forthcoming meetings were spelled out.
The next meeting will take place on 10 February at the headquarters of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Plenary meeting of the Commission will be held in the Vatican on 27 May 2010.

La Commissione Bilaterale Permanente di Lavoro tra la Santa Sede e lo Stato di Israele si è incontrata il 7 gennaio 2010 per continuare il suo lavoro su un Accordo in conformità all'Articolo 10 §2 del "Fundamental Agreement" del 1993 tra le Parti.
I colloqui sono stati utili e si sono svolti in un'atmosfera di cordialità. Sono stati enunciati alcuni temi importanti per i prossimi incontri.
Il prossimo incontro avrà luogo il 10 febbraio nella sede del Ministero degli Affari Esteri Israeliano.
La riunione Plenaria della Commissione avrà luogo il 27 maggio 2010, in Vaticano.
