- Archbishop Aldo Cavalli, titular of Vibo Valentia, apostolic nuncio for the Netherlands; Holy See Permanent Representative at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons;

- Archbishop Filippo Santoro of Taranto, Italy;
