Resignation and appointment of bishop of Port Victoria or Seychelles, Seychelles

The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Port Victoria or Seychelles, Seychelles, presented by Bishop Denis Wiehe, C.S.Sp.

The Pope has appointed as Msgr. Alain Harel, until now vicar apostolic of Rodrigues, Mauritius, as bishop of the same diocese.
