- His Eminence Cardinal Thomas Aquino Manyo Maeda, archbishop of Osaka, Japan, with the auxiliary bishop, H.E. Msgr. Josep María Abella Battle, C.M.F., titular bishop of Malamocco; H.E. Msgr.
