The Supreme Pontiff Francis

Having heard the opinion of the Council of Cardinals, has decided that the Secretariat for Communication hereafter be named the “Dicastery for Communication”.

The present Rescriptum shall be promulgated by publication in “L’Osservatore Romano”, entering into force on the same day, and thereafter published in the Acta Apostolicae Sedis.
