Ordinary Public Consistory for the vote on various Causes for Canonization

On Thursday 20 April 2017, at 10.00, in the Consistory Hall of the Vatican Apostolic Palace, the Holy Father Francis will preside at the celebration of Terce and the Ordinary Public Consistory for the Canonization of Blesseds:

- Andrea de Soveral, Ambrogio Francesco Ferro, diocesan priests, Mateus Moreira, layperson, and 27 companions, martyrs;

- Cristóbal, Antonio and Juan, adolescent martyrs;

- Faustino Míguez, Piarist professed priest, founder of the Calasanzian Institute of the Daughters of the Divine Shepherdess;

- Angelo da Acri (né: Luca Antonio Falcone), professed priest of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin;

- Francesco Marto and Giacinta Marto, children.

On Sunday 23 April 2017, at 11.00. His Eminence Cardinal Sérgio da Rocha, archbishop of Brasilia, will take possession of the title of Santa Croce in Via Flaminia, via Guido Reni, 2/D.
