1.1 CLOSE-UP STATIONING
ORDINARY and TEMPORARY Accreditation
The station at the terrace of the Braccio di Carlo Magno will be open for the journalists and media operators with TEMPORARY or ORDINARY accreditation of PRESS, VIDEO and PHOTO AT 7:30 a.m.
ONLY ORDINARY / PERMANENT Accreditation
The area under St. Peter's Square stairway, called "Churchyard" will be open only to the media operators with ORDINARY accreditation for PHOTO at 8:00 a.m.
The area will remain open until the first minutes of the Mass: afterwards all will be invited to take a place at the terrace of the Braccio di Carlo Magno, or to move away.
Access Rules
For all the close-up stations (referred to points 1.1 and 1.2) access for the accredited journalist and media operators will be at piazza del Sant’Uffizio (see attached map A) at 7:30 a.m.
1.2 WORKING PROCEDURES
On the terrace of the Braccio di Carlo Magno:
live bradcasting is not allowed;
a dress code suitable for the ceremony is required.
Also, in St. Peter's Square:
interviews and stand-up are not allowed.

2. HOLY CHRISM MASS
24/03/2016 – Vatican Basilica, 9:30 a.m.
2.1 INTERNAL STATIONS IN THE BASILICA
ORDINARY and TEMPORARY Accreditation
The press stands inside St. Peter's Basilica will be open to journalists and media operators with TEMPORARY or ORDINARY accreditation, at 8:00 a.m, following the path indicated in map B
PHOTO stands for ORDINARY Accreditation
The two stands under the statue of St. Andrew and St. Longinus (marked numbers 1 and 2 in map C) are reserved for photographers with ORDINARY accreditation.
Stands for TEMPORARY PHOTO, VIDEO and PRESS Accreditation
The double stand along the central nave (marked with number 3 in map C) is reserved for accredited journalists and media operators. Priority will be given to the placement of media operators of PHOTO and VIDEO.

a dress code suitable for the ceremony is required

3. CELEBRATION OF THE LORD’S PASSION

Stands for PHOTO, VIDEO and PRESS Accreditation
The stand under the statue of St. Andrew and St. Longinus (marked numbers 1 and 2 in map C)and the double stand along the central nave (marked with number 3 in map C) are reserved for accredited journalists and media operators of PHOTO and VIDEO. Priority will be given to the placement of media operators of PHOTO and VIDEO and among them, in the arrival time limits, to those with ORDINARY accreditation.

4.1 CLOSE-UP STATIONING
ONLY FOR ORDINARY/PERMANENT ACCREDITATION
The two close-up stations behind the Holy Father, on the clearing of the temple of Minerva, and in front of the Holy Father, on the balcony of the Colosseum – wil be open only to media operators with ORDINARY PHOTO accreditation at 18:00
5. EASTER VIGIL

POOL FOR “The Lighting of the Pascal Candle”
Only a PHOTO Pool will be created, according to the usual rules, to tape the images of the lighting of the Pascal Candle, in atrium of the Vatican Basilica before the beginning of the Mass.

It is necessary to observe dress codes at the ceremony in progress
Interviews and stand-ups are not allowed
